金杜深圳办公室位于深圳华润大厦29F，也是金杜国际中心的所在地，该中心极具战略性并遵循大湾区的国家发展战略。该中心的建立旨在更好地服务于那些正在该地区探索机会的客户需求。
该项目利用了办公室独特的圆形布局，整个办公室被360度全方位水景环绕。天花板上流动的线条，地板上的蓝、绿、沙色色调与室外的蓝绿色海洋相呼应，似有从海洋过度到沙滩之感。
King & Wood Mallesons Shenzhen office is also the location of King & Wood Mallesons International Center, which is very strategic and follows the national development strategy of Dawan district. The center was established to better serve the needs of customers who are exploring opportunities in the region.
The project makes use of the unique circular layout of the office, which is surrounded by 360 degree water view. The flowing lines on the ceiling and the blue, green and sand hues on the floor correspond to the blue-green ocean outside, which seems to have a sense of transition from the ocean to the beach.
